My First Thanksgiving Being Vegan

This past weekend was the first time I was doing a vegan What I I like to call it a (whole food plat based diet) Thanksgiving. I was a little stressed about making two full vegan dinners but they turned out well. I also learned that most of our families are understanding and will have at least one thing that we can eat there. I also know now to make myself clear and ask what we can eat and what we need to bring before hand. All things to learn about :) So here are photos and links of all the wonderful food I made this past Thanksgiving.

Hippie Loaf- I would give this a 4 out of 5 worth leaving it over night. Tastes better the 2nd day! Also really yummy with miso gravy and cranberries
Cranberry Sauce- Super yummy and thick 5 out of 5

Stuffing - Tasty 4 out of 5
Same link has:
 Miso Mushroom Gravy
Spiced Sweet Potato Mash

Very fun to make, you need to have time on your hads to make it pic above is the filling and below is the outside and how I made it.

Pumpkin Pie Squares Super good and easy to make :)  5 out of 5
